relationship, intimacy + wellness expert + digital media + course creator + rule breaker + unconventional thought provoker + reinventor of the wheel + disruptor
Hi, my name’s Lauren!! I’m a real human-mom, a woman-on-a-mission to change the world for women today + generations to come.
I tried coaching, but it wasn’t for me. I’m more into strategizing and planning than I am into meditating, and I really don’t like leading questions tactic.
So I went back to the drawing board and figured out what I was going to be –
I still wanted to help women untangle their issues related to relationships, intimacy + wellness.
Looking at my previous work, I recognized something – everything was very strategic.
Baaam – mic drop.
What does a “Strategist” do?
Identify issues and where they come from, then create a very do-able strategy to shift and move forward.
Women’s Issues?
I specialize in relationships, intimacy + wellness. I emphasize the importance of understanding and maintaining our relationship with our self; I believe that it’s the foundation upon which all of our other relationships are built. I believe it also has a huge impact and influence on how we process intimacy as well as our over all wellness.
As analytical and pragmatic as I am, I’m also a very creative and out-of-the-box thinker. I attribute it to being a Gemini 😉.
I believe that energy is just as important as strategy.
I’ve never done anything the way society said I was supposed to – I live primarily by Marilyn Monroe’s quote, “being normal is boring”.
Basically, my “normal” is totally unconventional.
**PLEASE NOTE: I’m not trying to bad mouth all coaches – I just don’t agree with most of the methods + strategies of coaches use these days. Everyone is working hard to do “something”, I just don’t agree with a lot of what’s being done.
I graduated with honors from Hard Knocks University .
I’ve been through almost every dynamic of man-woman relationship.
Hold on – let me go back a little further…
Growing up, I never felt like I fit in. Like ever. My best friends were animals and I loved to escape in stories. Not that I had anything to escape from, I just loved writing stories. I’ve been an artist and super-creative ever since I was little, I loved to draw, I did some painting too and I loved taking pictures, from my very unique perspective, creative yet very analytical, pragmatic yet very much outside of the box.
Long story short, it took me about 30 years to embrace the fact that I don’t “fit in” and recognize the danger in doing so (spoiler alert book coming soon!!).
