Following our energetic balance, I consider the next three pillars of whole-human wellness to be emotional, mental + physical.

Emotional, mental and physical are, together, are generally defined as “health”, but they are also just a segment of my whole-human wellness model.
ENERGETIC
Humans are driven primarily, by two types of energy, vibrational and polar.
Vibrational: Positive + Negative
Polar: Masculine + Feminine
VIBRATIONAL ENERGY
Vibrational energy attracts like energy, meaning, positive attracts positive and negative attracts negative.
Our vibrational energy has the power to make or break anything and everything we do because the energy we bring into “something” defines how we will experience the “something”. Sometimes, our vibrational energy needs a “re-boot”. If you’re new to the concepts of “energy”, just keep an open mind.
Vibrational energy works like this: Thoughts create feelings. Feelings create energy. Energy creates vibration. Whatever vibrational frequency you’re on will attract the same.
Basically, if your in an anxious frenzy, everything you dive into is going to be riddled with angst, whereas if you’re energy is calm and flowing, whatever you dive into will also be calm and flowing.
Quantum physics explains that everything is energy, emotions, thoughts, feelings, etc – therefore, everything is energy interacting with energy, it is ever flowing, it never gets stagnant – it’s everywhere and everything- and you can easily direct it toward whichever areas of your life you desire because it’s always flowing wherever our attention goes, constantly circulating.
**If you’re new to energy, this might be overwhelming. Just remember this: If you’re anxious or irritable, everything you do will attract more angst and more irritability. If you’re calm and flowing, everything you do will attract more calm and more flow. For the time being, you don’t have to remember the why or the how.
Because vibrational energy attracts is why you need to be particularly mindful of negativity and anxiety, here’s an example:
How do you “re-boot” your vibrational energy?
The key thing to remember about energy is feeling – feelings create energy, positive or negative, it’s what you’re actually feeling, not just whether or not you’re wearing a smile.
Positive feelings create positive energy while negative feelings creative negative energy. Positive energy is full of light . Negative energy heavy and dark.
Positive energy is not about walking around with a smile when you feel like your dying inside. (Dramatic, but making a point.)
The energy you bring into a situation will define how you experience it. If you have a chore that you’ve been dreading and bring negative energy into doing it, it’s going to be unpleasant, things are going to happen to make it even more difficult and unpleasant whereas, if you bring positive energy to it, appreciating the opportunity you have to do it, you’ll find it going more smoothly and you’ll probably end up enjoying it .
Vibrational energy is cumulative. Think about it like this:
You slept through your alarm, you trip over a shoe on the way to the bathroom, you’re out of toothpaste and you can’t find your mascara, then you realize you forgot to set the coffee pot so you have no coffee, then you get stuck in roadwork and hit every red light so you can’t stop to get any.
Which energy are you taking through this example??
Now, what about this – you wake up feeling grateful, thankful for the day and any opportunities it may bring. You make the conscious decision that today is going to be a good day. You glide through getting ready for work, your coffee is ready right on time, there’s no road work and you hit every green light, so you have some extra time to stop for a cheese danish on the way.
Which energy did you take through this one??
Most people simply chalk a morning like to “good luck”, but actually, you were in complete control because of the energy you brought into your morning, and because of the conscious decision you made that it was going to be a good day, and because you were grateful.
Negative vibration energy evokes a particularly powerful energetic response because negativity is very heavy and negative things are so unpleasant.
