I consider the top two pillars of whole-human wellness to be emotional + energetic. These are two super-deep concepts and we’re just going to be scratching the surface.

Relationships are big parts of our life, the good, the bad – all of them – they all leave a mark, some leave a scar.
Different types of relationships:
Relationships are a very significant pillar in our whole-human wellness because some of them can have such a deep affect on us, our relationship with ourself, familial and romantic and intimate can affect us on the deepest level.
Professional, work and casual acquaintances are typically more surface-level type of relationships, they can make us chuckle and brighten our day, or they can aggravate and annoy us, but they typically won’t send us spiraling down a rabbit hole. If they do, they’re most likely an underlying issue.
Relationships can be the hardest thing to “change” in our life. Love can be a very tricky beast. We can love someone completely and unconditionally, we can want to be with them, we can’t picture our life without them, which is all great and the way it should, but they can still wreak havoc on our life, with anxiety, dread, worry, etc. Especially if there’s been past trauma, like infidelity, for example. That’s a really hard one to get past, but it is possible.
Remember, for the purposes of this discussion – we’re talking about how these relationships (present + past) apply to our reinvention. We’re not trying to dissect what happened and why, we’re analyzing them for the purposes of what we want and don’t want moving forward in your strategy.

Humans are very social creatures. Comparatively, women, are especially so. Our social lives, or what we do socially, can be very impactful on our whole-human wellness. Just as lack of socialization can be equally impactful.
Again, we’re back to balance, there’s healthy and unhealthy socialization
Humans need connection – especially women and especially if we’re in tune with the connection element our feminine energy.
