We all have fear-based thoughts, we all have limiting beliefs. We all have “truths” that we believe for whatever reason – but are the really true for you? Or are they just a version of someone else’s truth, or what someone else believed was true for you?

If you’re new to the concept of “energy”, this is a great place for you to start, explaining what it is, how it works and how it can be used to your advantage, as well as your disadvantage.
ENERGY
Thoughts create feelings. Feelings create energy. Energy creates vibration. Whatever vibrational frequency you’re on will attract the same.
Everything is energy, therefore, everything is energy interacting with energy, it is everflowing, it never gets stagnant – it’s everywhere and everything- and you can easily direct it toward whichever areas of your life you desire because it’s always flowing wherever our attention goes, constantly circulating.
This is why, however, you need to be particularly mindful of negative thoughts, here’s an example:
When you’re re-calibrating your energy, it’s important to resolve any issues that are creating undue stress and negative feelings, you could inadvertently be setting into motion changes in your physical world reflecting the negative.
How do you “re-calibrate” your energy?
The key thing to remember about energy is feeling – feelings create energy, positive or negative, it’s what you’re actually feeling, not just whether or not you’re wearing a smile.
Positive feelings create positive energy while negative feelings creative negative energy. Positive energy is full of light . Negative energy heavy and dark.
Positive energy is not about walking around with a small when you feel like your dying inside. (Dramatic, but making a point.)
The energy you bring into a situation will define how you experience it. If you have a chore that you’ve been dreading and bring negative energy into doing it, it’s going to be unpleasant, things are going to happen to make it even more difficult and unpleasant whereas, if you bring positive energy to it, appreciating the opportunity you have to do it, you’ll find it going more smoothly and you’ll probably end up enjoying it .
Energy is cumulative. Think about it like this, (like the examples above):
You slept through your alarm, you trip over a shoe on the way to the bathroom, you’re out of toothpaste and you can’t find your mascara, then you realize you forgot to set the coffee pot so you have no coffee, then you get stuck in roadwork and hit every red light so you can’t stop to get any. Which energy do you take through this example??
Now, what about this – you wake up feeling grateful, thankful for the day and any opportunities it may bring, you glide through getting ready for work, your coffee is ready right on time, there’s no road work and you hit every green light, so you some extra time to stop for a cheese danish on the way. Which energy did you take through this one??
Most people simply chalk a morning like to “good luck”, but actually, you were in complete control because of the energy you brought into your morning, simply by being grateful.
Negative energy evokes particularly powerful energetic response because negative things are so unpleasant.
Our feelings have more power than you may have ever realized.
ENERGY STRANDS
Energy strands, or cords, are lines of communicative energy that connect us to other people, animals, places and things. They can be both energizing and depleting.
Strong emotions travel quickly through the strands; love, fear, pleasure pain, anger, hurt, etc. that’s why it’s super-important to learn to get ahold of any negative thoughts or feelings so we don’t inadvertently send them to other people.
